Note: In this document "Jennifer Williams Photography" is referred to as "JWP"

1. To confirm the booking for your wedding a minimum deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
2. The full balance is to be paid 14 days prior to the wedding booking date. A due date is indicated on your agreement. This is strictly adhered to enable your album to be ordered and work delivered without delay.
3. Wedding package prices include travel within a 30km radius of the Wedding and Reception Location. Travel expenses will be added to the package price outside this radius.
4. Once booked to photograph your wedding, "JWP" is the official photographer on the day. Due to your wedding timetable and in order to give you the best possible photos, other photography by family and friends is at the discretion of Jennifer Williams, we generally encourage it, but prefer to have first preference.
5. A particular date is only considered booked after a deposit has been received. We receive many enquiries for popular dates. While we inform enquirers that other enquiries have been received, a deposit is the only way to hold the date.
6. The booking of venues or locations (* parks) for the purpose of photography, and any expenses thus incurred will be the responsibility of the Bride and Groom. Entry payments to parks and any parking costs will be on-billed to the client after the day.
7. All photographs taken by "JWP" will remain the copyright of "JWP" but full use/reprint is permitted to the couple or nominated person of the photos and negatives. Negatives remain the property of JWP until any outstanding money is paid. Once payment has been made, all negatives are handed to client for their keeping.
8. The couple gives permission for "JWP" to use any of the images of their wedding for advertising, promotion, publicity, competitions, exhibitions or any other purpose thought beneficial and proper by "JWP". Should the couple wish to keep their images private and not give permission, this should be made aware to Jennifer Williams prior to development of the images. We of course, will honour such a request.
9. Whilst this agreement shall be carried out on a fully professional manner, there are certain factors beyond the control of "JWP" which may prevent "JWP" from completing, in whole or in part, this agreement. These factors include adverse weather conditions, we will always endeavour to ‘get the shot’ but cannot expose our photographic equipment to hard rain or driving salt spray. Should the circumstances of the day prevent the quantity of photos contracted to be used, "JWP" will be limited to a refund in part, at the sole discretion of "JWP", of any money paid under this agreement by the client.
10. "JWP" is always looking for ways to keep packages at an affordable and competitive price, but due to circumstances with suppliers and print laboratories, package and reprint prices are subject to change WITH notice for bookings made in advance.
